Job Requirements:
o Bachelors degree in engineering- preferably in EE/CIS
o 8 Years of experience in telecommunications.
o At least 3 years experience in writing clear and precise System Requirements and Specification documents
o At least 3 years experience in system architecture and design of all aspects if complex systems preferably telephony-related.
o Knowledge of emerging telecommunications technology, which include but is not limited to VoIP, SIP, H323, 3G, VoiceXML.
o Knowledge and experience with TTS engine technology and products minimum 2 years
o Knowledge and experience with ASR technology and products minimum 2 years.
o Ability to grasp complex technical problems and issues.
o Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
o Ability to get along with co-workers and supervisors
BS (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of experience managing the delivery of complex telecom products to large US carriers. Overall knowledge of voice processing systems and applications including hardware, software, PBX/Centrex integration, the public Switched Telephone Network, voice mail, enhanced services, WEB, mobile data, central office switching systems and telecommunications transmission techniques desired. Proven experience communicating, working and building relationships at executive levels as well as with other customer team leads. Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality results in a timely manner.
